摘要
本文研究了铅阳极泥湿法处理产出的氯氧锑渣采用还原熔炼和电解精炼的综合利用工艺。用石灰部分取代苏打进行还原熔炼,90%Sb进入粗锑,粗锑在H2SO4-HF-SbF3水溶液中电解,获得Sb+As大于99%的阴极锑,达到制蓄电池正极板栅用锑的要求;锑渣中的金银在阳极泥中得到富集。
A process was developed for the comprehensive utilization of antimony oxy-chloride residue from the hydrometallurgical treatment of lead anode slimes。The processconsists of reduction smelting and electolytic refining。Lime is substituted in part for sodaash in the smelting,with over 90%antimony recoveried as crude antimony.The latter wasthen electrorefined in H2SO4-HF-SbF3 aqueous solutions with a low acidity,giving a cathodicantimony containing antimony and arsenic over 99%,which is suitable for the production ofstorage batteries.Gold and silver in the residue were concentrated in antimony anode slimearid recovered。
