摘要
本文对新型铜合金XDJ-1电极线材的工艺特性、机械物理性能和实机使用性能进行了试验研究,其综合性能优于国外同类产品的性能。通过微观分析对获得高性能电极线材的机理进行了初步探讨。
A new copper alloy electrode wire underwent a series of tests in processcharacteristics,mechanical and physical properties, and it operational characteristics,and wascompared with its counterparts abroad. The results showed that the noew wires are supperior totheir counterparts in their comprehensive performances. In this paper the possible mechanismleading to high performances is analyzed.
