东鞍山铁矿石脱泥－反浮选工艺流程研究

THE PROCESS FLOWSHEET OF DESLMING-REVERSE FLOTATION OF DONGANSHAN IRON ORE:A STUDY

东鞍山铁矿石的矿石类型及铁矿物种类多，矿物嵌布粒度细，矿泥量大，阴离子碱性正浮选流程不能适应矿石性质的变化。脱泥－反浮选流程适应东鞍山铁矿石的特性，通过对关键技术的研究，可在常规磨矿细度（－０．０７５ｍｍ占８５％）下实现脱泥－反浮选工艺。工业分流试验表明，对于正常矿石，可获得铁品位６３．６６％，回收率８０．１３％的铁精矿；对于难选矿石，铁精矿品位６２．８３％，回收率７５．４８％。

The Donganshan iron ore is characterized by a variety of ores and iron minerals,finely disseminated size and large amount of slime. Therefore,the flowsheet of anionic alkalineflotation is not adaptable to variation in the ore properties. The desliming-reverse flotationflowsheet is compatible with the characteristics of the ore. The study on its key techniques showsthat desliming-reverse flotation can be achieved at normal grind(85%minus 200 mesh).Inindustrial test of partial flow, for normal ore ,concentrate containing 63.66%Fe can be obtainedwith a recovery of 80.13%and for refractory iron ore, concentrate containing 62.83%Fe can beobtained with a recovery of 75.48%。
