乳化炸药连续生产自动控制系统 被引量:1

摘要 根据连续乳化炸药的工艺要求,采用MCS-51系列的单片机对炸药的各组分的配比和温度进行自动控制,使水相、油相的温度保持在一定范围内,水相、油相及发泡剂三相流量之间保持一定比例;并对炸药的产量进行累加,对温度、流量、产量进行实时显示。系统的硬件设计采用STD总线结构,软件设计采用模块化结构。实践表明,这一控制系统有效地提高了生产线的自动化程度及炸药的质量。 According to the technological requirement of continuous emulsifying of theemulsion explosive,automatic control of the dose ratio and temperature of all explosivecomponents was conducted by use of Series MCS-51 single chip microprocessor so thatthe water-and oil-phase temperature and the flowrate ratio of water,oil and foaming agentphaese were kept within the certain range,the output of explosive was summed, and thetemperature,flow and output were displayed in real time as well.The STD bus structureand the modular structure were used in the hardware and software design respectively,thus the automation of the production line and the quality of explosive have been im-proved.
