摘要
氧化铝生产配料过程中有许多参数需要进行动态检测和在线控制。为了保证连续生产和产品的质量,要求用先进的控制方法对配料过程中的若干参数进行准确而有效的控制,以改变传统的人工控制配料方法。本文论述了可编程控制器应用于氧化铝生产配料中的设计要求、控制原理和控制方法,并以相应的逻辑控制软件加以说明。
The dynamic detect and on-line control of many parameters are necessary inthe process of aluminium oxide production blending. In order to ensure the product quali-ty,some parameters in the process of blending are required to conduct an accurate and ef-fective control by use of advanced control method,instead of conventional method of manu-ally-controlled blending. The authors make an introduction to the design requirements ofprogrammable controller used to the process of aluminium oxide production blending ,andthe principle and method of control,which are described by the relative logical control soft-ware
