摘要
尼康油悬挂是我院研制的第五代新产品。它具有良好的隔断冲击载荷的性能和稳定而可控的工作性能,使车辆在恶劣的作业环境下、起伏不平的路面上、温差很大的气候中以及变化无常的载荷条件下保持稳定的工作状态。本文对该悬挂支撑缸的设计准则及应考虑的基本问题,尼康油悬挂及油气悬挂的性能比较作了详尽的分析研究。指出,尼康油悬挂具有其它悬挂无可比拟的优越性。
Developed by Changsha Institrte of Mining Research,NEOCON oil suspen-sion is the 5th generation of new product;It has good performane of shock load separa- tion,and stable and controllable working The vehicles with NEOCON oil suspension cankeep the stable working in the serious operating environment, on the uneven road and un- der conditions of high temperature- head weather and unstable load.The desing criteria andbasic considerations of supporting cylinder of NEOCON oil suspension and the comparisonof NEOCON oil suspension performance with oil gas suspension are analyzed in detail inthis paper. It is pointed out that NEOCON oil suspension has incomparable advantage overother suspensions.
