AF－2000型天井钻机结构原理分析

AN ANALYSIS FOR STRUCTURE PRINCIPLE OF MODEL AF-2000 RAISE BORER

ＡＦ－２０００型天井钻机是我国目前拥有的最大直径低矮型天井钻机。它可在硬度为１２～１６的矿山岩层中掘进直径２ｍ、深Ｂ０ｍ、倾角６０°～９０°的天井。本文论述了该机的设计原则、主要特点和性能指标，主要组成部分的结构特色和工作原理，并对该机在矿山现场的工业试验情况进行了简要介绍与评述。

Model AF-2000 raise borer is a raise drilling machine,existing currently inChina,with the largest diameter and low platform,and can bore the raise with 2m diame-ter,80m depth and 60°～90°dip in strata with hardness value f=12～16.The author dis- cussed this raise borer in aspects of design principle, main characters performance indexand structure features of main elemets as well as working principle,Meanwhile,a brief in- troduction to and comments on its industrial test in the mine site were made.
