潜孔钻机回转动力头参数计算与特性分析

PARAMETER CALCULATION AND CHARACTER ANALYSIS OF POWER ROTARY HEAD FOR DTH RIG

目前，潜孔钻机普遍采用冲击回转凿入系统，用以产生回转力矩，对岩石产生剪切作用而成颗粒分离。本文分析了潜孔钻机回转装置的构成，两种动力机的拖动特性曲线，减速箱的基本要求，为潜孔钻机有关参数的设计和选用提供理论依据。

Currently,the DTH rigs use generally a percussion rotary penetration sys-tem to generate the rotaing torque that produces a shearing action for breaking rock.Theauthor analyses the composition of rotary unit of DTH rig,the drive characteriistics of twopower units and the basic requirements for gearcase,and provides the theory basis for therelative parameter design and selection of DTH rig.
