摘要
在锌的冶炼过程中,要不断地向沸腾槽里添加锌粉,但锌粉的添加量必须均衡、适当,过量或不足均会影响锌冶炼产品的质量,这就需要有一套科学的手段对锌粉添加量进行检测和控制。为此研制了ZCM一1型锌粉添加量检测系统,本文论述了该系统的硬件构成和工作原理,软件设计,主要技术性能及其评价。这一检测系统的研制成功,为提高锌冶炼产品质量起了良好的促进作用。
In the procetss of zinc smelting,the zinc powder must be added to the boilingtank continuously.However,adding the zinc powder must be balanced and suitable;thequality of zinc smelted product will be influenced bv overaddition or underaddition,It isnecessary for irispection and control of zinc-powder addition amount to use a scientificmethod.Therefore,model ZCM-1 inspeclion system for zinc-powder additom amount was developed.The author describes the hardware composition and working principle,andsoftware design as well as technical performance and assessment of this system. The suc-cessful development of this inspection system produces a good promotion to improve thequality of zinc smelted product.
