摘要
本文记述采于陕西秦岭的1蚤蝇新记录属BorophagaEnderlein及1新种B.tibialissp.nov.模式标本存于西北农业大学昆虫博物馆。
Borophaga Enderlein, a distinctive genus of predominantly Holoarctic phorid flies, isreported for the first time from China. A new species B. tibialis is described and illustratedfrom two males and two females from Shaanxi Province. The type specimens are depositedin the Entomological Museum, Northwestern Agricultural University.B. tibialis sp. n. is distinguishable from the other known species by the male tibia andhypopygium. The new species is somewhat similar to B. choracalis Beyer, which is knownonly from female, but different from it in the following characters: body much larger;palpus with apical half gradually thinner; venter yellow, only the seventh segment black.Holotype ♂, Mt. Qinling (2000 m ), Shaanxi, 2-Ⅸ-1992, coll. Wang Min;Paratypes 1 ♂2 ♂♂, same data as holotype.
