新蕉园的昆虫种类及其发展趋势

STUDIES ON THE SPECIES OF INSECT AND THEIR TENDENCY IN NEW BANANA FIELD

本文报道了新蕉园的益、害虫种类,及主要害虫的发生消长,对入侵新蕉园的害虫的发生特点和潜在威胁进行了初步分析。

Based on the investigations on the species and their densities in new banana field from 1988. to 1990, there were more than 43 species of insect pests and more than 11 species of predators and other insects colonizing in banana field.It was showed that the density of banana skipper was the highest in first year(144×104/ ha. ), and was the first one entering into new banana field, but its quantity was not so high to cause economic damage since 1988. The banana root borer was found in the second year and caused economic damage in 1990. Its peak density was 5 larvae per banana. It would be the most dangerous insect pest in new banana field.
