深圳地区松墨天牛综合防治的研究

STUDY ON THE INTEGRATED CONTROL OF THE PINE SAWYER MONOCHAMUS ALTERNATES IN SHENZHENG AREA

用自配PE-1号、PE-2号、PE-3号引诱剂比日本产的ホドロン:引诱剂诱捕松墨天牛的数量分别提高28.57～34.62％、71.33～84.62％、102.05％,PE-3号引诱剂诱捕防治松墨天牛的效果达82.61％,PA～22号引诱剂防治松墨天牛的效果达77.46～79.84％,PA-22号引诱剂与1:1的氧化乐果并用,对松墨天牛的诱杀率为71.93～89.86％;林间防治效果达81.64％;利用管氏肿腿蜂防治松墨天牛,当代林间寄生率为40.05％,三个月后的持续寄生率达56.86％,防治效果达75.89％。在同一防治区内,用以上防治措施,进行综合防治,其效果更为显著,在防治区内,林间虫口密度下降了78.47％,防治效果达88.39～93.04％,在防治区的外围也有60.29～65.42％的防治效果。

Self-prepared attractants PE-1, PE-2 and PE-3 were used to trap the adults of Monochamus alternatus, The results were 28. 57 - 34. 62%, 71. 33 - 84. 62% and 102. 05% higher than that of attractant of Japaness product( )respectively. The control effect of PE-3 to M. allernatus was up to 82. 61%, and that of PA-22 to M. alternatus was up to 77. 46~79. 84%, PA -22 with diluted oxidize roger solution(1:1) was used in trapping trees. The larval mortality was up to 71. 93- 89. 86%. Sderuderma guani, a kind of parasitic wasp was released in forest to control M. alternatus; The parasitic rate was 40.05% in the first generation, the continual parasitic rate was 56. 86% , the control effect was 75. 89% after 3 months. The integrated control steps are;1) the PE-3 attactant was used to trap the adults of M. alternatus; 2) the 1 :1 diluted oxdize roger solution was used to kill them ; 3) the parasitic wasp was re-leased. In the integrated control area the control effect was 88. 39 -93. 04% , and in the outer of the area it was 60. 29-65. 42%.
