灭幼脲Ⅲ号对马尾松毛虫迟效作用的研究

STUDY ON THE RETARDATIVE EFFECT OF BENZOYLPHENYL UREA NO. 3 ON M ASSON - PINE CATERPILLAR,DENDROLIMUS PUNCTATUS WALKER

室内试验和林间调查结果表明,灭幼脲Ⅱ号对马尾松毛虫Dendrolimus punctatus幼虫除具有速效作用外,还具有显著的迟效作用,表现为取食量减少、体重减轻、易感染白僵菌致死等,进而影响蛹和成虫的存活和发育,从而导致当代和后代种群数量的极大下降。

The retardative effect of benzoylphenyl urea No. 3 on masson - pine caterpillar, Dendrolimus punctatus Walker, was determined in the laboratory and forest. The growth and development of the survived larvae after treatment with the agent were retarded significantly. Compared with controls, the eating capacity, the body weight and the resistance of the larvae to Beauveria bassiana were decreased. Longer time was required to complete development. In the end the lighter pupae were transformed into the small adults with less fecundity thus leading to the popu-lation depression of current-and later-generation.
