摘要
这是事实，地质一生态环境在日益恶化，而日渐严重的地质灾害必将对社会安定和经济发展产生重大影响。对地质环境和环境地质概念、内涵作了全面论述。环境地质学研究人类活动与地质环境相互作用、相互制约的关系，促使社会经济与地质环境保护协调发展，建立减轻自然灾害系统工程，环境地质区划，根据地质环境的结构特征和功能性质进行区域划分，文中探讨了环境地质图的编制原则、方法和步骤，建立跨学科综合研究，开展社会减灾教育，提高全民的减灾意识。
It is a fact that the gcological ccological cnvironments on the earth are deteriorating daily. More and more serious diaters have a significant effect on socil stability and economic development ofthe coutry dispite. The concepts and connotations of the geological environment and the environmentalgeology is comprchesively discussed in this paper. Environmental geologyis aimed to study the intcraction and reciprocal restriction of human activity and geological environment,and finally to facilitatecoordinate development of social economy and geological environment protection,to establish the systemengineering for disaster reduction.
