摘要
采用某锡矿山含Sn23.09%左右锡石与黄铁矿共生的低品位锡精矿,用沸腾焙烧的方法进行氧化磁化焙烧,焙烧后的产物经过磁选后分离锡精矿中的锡和铁。结果表明焙烧后锡的品位提高到43.7%~47.6%,从而满足还原熔炼对锡精矿品位的要求,具有一定的实用价值。
The low grade tin concentraste(ca.29. 03%Sn)Contairing cassitcritc and pyrite was roastcd inair by using the bluidized-bed roasting. Then tin and iron in the roaste wan separated magnetically. Thercaults showed that the tin Rrade was incrcascd to 43.7%~47.6%,and it could be satiafied for the demandof tin concentrate grade in reduction smelting.The above process was valuable to industrial practice.
