摘要
通过建立钢锭加热数学模型、最优炉温模型、区域热平衡模型、最佳供热模型,对昆钢650加热炉供热系统进行了研究,实践表明:该成果应用于现场,不仅能最大限度地降低燃料消耗,还能大大提高钢锭的加热质量,从而带来巨大的经济效益.
By creating the mathematical model for the billet reheating process,the mathematical modelfor optinum temperture in furnace, the model for region thermal balance,the model for optinum thermalsupply, the thermal supply system of Kungang 650 rchcating furnacehas been studied. The application ofthe results of the study has reduced fucl consumption, raised heating quality,and brought aboutremarkable economic benefit.
