软化铅真空蒸馏制低银铅钙合金

摘要 锌电解工业长期采用Pb—Ag二元合金材料做阳极。由于贵金属银用量大、价格昂贵、阳极腐蚀大、消耗高、机械强度低、易变形短路而导致电流效率低。文中论述经真空蒸馏得到的铅基合金直接配制低银铅钙多元合金是替代Pb—Ag二元合金的理想材料,配制的Pb—Ag—Ca合金制成锌电解工艺用的阳极,具有低银、低成本、耐腐蚀、低损耗。 Traditionally,zinc electrolisis industry has beeing using Pb-Ag alloy for making anode。Be-cause of its high comsuption of Ag,high cost,serious corrosion,low strength,great deformation its current efficiency has been low,The lower Ag,Pb,Ca alloy is prepared from Pb-based alloy through VD to take the place of Pb-Ag alloy,The anode made from this Kind of Pb-Ag-Ca alloy has many merits of lower Ag,lower cost,with higher corrosion resistane and better mechanical properties
