转换酶抑制剂对高血压病患者糖代谢的影响

摘要 本文采用卡托普利和依那普利治疗高血压病患者25例,剂量分别为25~37.5mg·d-1,10~20mg·d-1,疗程平均28d.观察转换酶抑制剂对高血压病患者血糖及血胰岛素的影响.结果表明,转换酶抑制剂在降压的同时可使餐后血糖和胰岛素水平有一致性的下降(P<0.0l).提示转换酶抑制剂除降压作用外,尚能够改善高血压病患者的糖代谢紊乱. ffects of ACEI therapy on the blood sugar and insulin level in patients with essentialhypertension were observed.Captopril and enalapril were administered with dosages as 25~37.5 mg·d-1,10~20 mg·d-1 respectively for 28 days in 25 patients with essentialhypertension.The results showed that ACEI decreased the blood pressure and at the sametime the blood sugar and the blood insulin level after eating were significantly reduced(P<0.0l) which suggested that in addition to hypotensive effect,ACEI improved metabolicdisturbance of sugar in patients with essential hypertension.
