本文介绍了一种简化的皮肤保存法，并对用此方法制备的同种异体皮随机抽样，进行细菌学、组织学检查及皮片活力测定．结果表明，方法可靠，可保存皮肤有生机１年左右．临床应用于１６例早期切（削）痴创面，收到满意的效果．本方法操作简便，可节省人力、物力，有利于基层单位广泛推广使用．

simplified method of storing skin was introduced and some improvements in thetraditonal method were made.We gave a random sampling examination in bacterium,histology and activity to these allogenic skin.The result shows this method is reliable.It canprotect activity of the skin for about one year.We use it on sixteen cases of earlyescharectomy(tangential excision).It includes thirty-four limbs and two trunks.The effect issatisfying This method is simple and economical.It is benefical to basic unit'application.
