动态心电图中阵发性房室传导阻滞的分析

An Analysis of Parosxysmal Atroventicular Block in Dynamic Electrocardiography

分析动态心电图中阵发性房室传导阻滞（ＰＡＶＢ）病例３０例，为Ⅱ度Ⅰ型Ａ－ＶＢ或２：１Ａ－ＶＢ，均是在心率减慢时才出现，多属阵发性四位相型房室传导阻滞．此组病例器质性心脏病（２０例）居多，而且在常规心电图中多数存在右束支传导阻滞及Ｐ－Ｒ间期延长（１７例），考虑ＰＡＶＢ和双侧束支阻滞有关，同时也不能排外迷走神经张力增高的影响．发现ＰＡＶＢ有助于及时诊断潜在的早期病变．

e analysed 30 cases of paroxysmal atroventicular block(PAVB)in DCG,which belongto second degree type I A-VB block or 2:1 A-VB,appearing only as the heart rate decrease.More of them belong to phase 4 A-VB.20 cases are of organic heart disease,17 cases of themshow IRBBB and delayed p-R intervals.It is helpful to diagnose some potential diseases byfinding PAVB.
