昆明市部分人群血清唾液酸正常值调查及其临床应用

Investigation of Total Sialic Acid Values in Normal Human and Its Clinical Application

应用化学比色法，测定昆明市５８６例健康人群血清唾液酸正常值王－χ＝０．１５±０．０１５Ａ（Ａ为吸光度）．同时检测３６例不同疾病患者血清唾液酸值，检测结果，恶性肿瘤患血清唾液酸含量明显增高，而良性肿瘤与非肿瘤性疾病（炎症性疾病除外）血清唾液酸无明显变化．

e have determined the total value of TSA(total sialic acid )in normal serum of 586 cases.The normal value is-χ=0.15±0.015 A(Absorption luminosity).At the same time, we deter-mined the total value of 36 malignant cases. The positive rate is 72%,TSA is negative in 3 casesof benign tumor. In addition ,TSA is negative in all non-tumor diseases except the diseases of in-flammation and tuberulosis. Therefore, the measurement of TSA in serum can reflect the malignant behavior of tumor.
