The Experience of Using Big and Middle Thickness Skin Graft to Treat Ⅲ°Burns of Face

用大张中厚皮片移植治疗颜面部Ⅲ度烧伤，皮片成活后，色泽改变较轻，外观较丰满，具有一定弹性、耐磨性，后期挛缩轻微，具有疗程短、消灭创面快、外形功能好、可以减少面部畸形及功能障碍的程度等优点。

Big and middle thickness skin graft is used to treat Ⅲ°burns of face，when it survived，the skin graft has few change in pigment，and looks abundant．It has a certain elasticity and wearproof．Contraction in late phase is mild． The advantage of this method is that the course of treatment is shorter，the surface of wound recovers speedily，the face deformity is milder and the function is better．
