加压素样神经元在树鼩、大鼠、豚鼠下丘脑室旁核的分布与比较

Distribution and Comparison of the Vasopressinergic Cell in the Paraventrlcular Nucleus of the Hypothal amus of the Tree Shrew，Rat and Guinea Pig

用免疫组织化学ＰＡＰ法对加压素样神经元在树丘脑室旁核中的分布进行了观察，并同时对比了加压素样神经元在大鼠和豚鼠室旁核中的分布情况，结果发现：加压素样神经元在室旁核中的分布有较大的种属差异性．差异主要表现在室旁核内侧区的位置，内外区和后区加压素样神经元的密度，距离第三脑室的距离等方面．此外，３种动物室旁核所含大、中、小加压素样神经元的比例亦有种属差异性．

The distrbution of vasopressin（VP）-like cell in the paravertricular nucleus（PVN）of the hypothalamus of the tree shrew，rat and guinea pig was examined by using immunocytochemical PAP technique．The results showed that there were species differences in the distribution of the VP－like cell of the PVN．The differences were demonstrated in the localization of the medial area，the density of the Vp－like cell in the medial，lateral and posterior areas and the distance from these areas to the third ventricle，In addition，there was difference in the percentage of the large，medium-size and small cells in the PVN of the three kinds of animals．
