摘要
本文建立了多工位冷镦机生产过程中的力学模型,分析多工位冷镦机生产过程中的冷镦力与产品质量、模具状态之间的关系。用实验方法求取各工位之间的耦合系数。从而论证:用力作为多工位冷镦机生产过程在线监控的状态变量是合理的、可行的。
A fore model of the multistage cold heaader producing process was established. The relationship between upsettion force and length, shap, fabric of bland, friction of bland with model was analysed by theory. The coupling factor among each stage was obtained by experiment results. therefore, it was proved that the monitoring for the multistage cold header producing producess withupsetting force was reasonable and feasible.
