摘要
板栗冷藏过程中休眠打破之前,采用生长抑制剂等处理可有效抑制发芽,采用^(60)Coγ射线辐照,在-2℃温度下用37%CO_2处理10天,亦可以抑制板栗发芽;长期贮藏板栗的条件是:货温-2℃相对湿度为92%~95%;采用-2℃,O_2浓度3%-7%,CO_2浓度2%~6%碳分子筛气调贮藏,提高了板栗贮藏品质。
The sprouting inhibitor treatment show a good effect before the mormancy of chestnut in cold storage was broken.The sprouting was effectively inhibited under the treatment of -2℃ and 3% Co2for 10 days,The temperatme of long-term cold storage for chestnut was -2℃;RH:92-95%.CA storage by using carbon molecure sieve nitrogen generator with -2℃ 3%~7% O2;2%~6% CO2 enhanced the storage effect.
