摘要
板栗冷藏过程中休眠打破之前，采用生长抑制剂等处理可有效抑制发芽，采用^（６０）Ｃｏγ射线辐照，在－２℃温度下用３７％ＣＯ_２处理１０天，亦可以抑制板栗发芽；长期贮藏板栗的条件是：货温－２℃相对湿度为９２％～９５％；采用－２℃，Ｏ_２浓度３％－７％，ＣＯ_２浓度２％～６％碳分子筛气调贮藏，提高了板栗贮藏品质。
The sprouting inhibitor treatment show a good effect before the mormancy of chestnut in cold storage was broken.The sprouting was effectively inhibited under the treatment of -2℃ and 3% Co2for 10 days,The temperatme of long-term cold storage for chestnut was -2℃;RH:92-95%.CA storage by using carbon molecure sieve nitrogen generator with -2℃ 3%～7% O2;2%～6% CO2 enhanced the storage effect.
