摘要
用高抗、中抗、中感和高感4个品种配制12个完全双列杂交组合,在抗×感的5个正反交组合中,F_1全部感病,F_2抗、感分离比率为1:15,测交分离比率为1:3。在高抗×中抗正反交组合中,F_1均抗病,F_2抗感分离比率为1:3,测交分离比率为1:1,因而确定抗源品种抗性受1对显性基因和2对重叠的隐性基因控制。
Four resistance×susceptibility crosses were made,in which the segragation ratio between resistance and susceptibility in F1 are all susceptibility,in F2 is 1:15,in test cross is 1:3; the ratio between high resistance and medium -resistance in F1are all resistance,in F2 is 1:3,in test cross is 1:1,This indicated that soybean resistance to the race 4 of SCN were controled by one dominant gene and two duplicate recessive genes.
