摘要
接种丛枝曲根(AM)菌(Glomusmosseae,Glomusversifome)能显著促进盐碱土壤中三叶草(Trifoliumrepens)的生长,提高出苗率,增加株高、鲜重及干重。将此三叶草翻压到该盐碱土中,充分腐熟后,可提高土壤中有机质及N的含量,并能降低土壤pH值,对盐碱土壤的改良具有一定作用。
The effects of AM fungi on the growth of Triforlium repens grown in soline-sodic soil,soil pH and soil fertility were investigated.The inoculation of Glomus mosseae,and G.versiforme enhanced the growth, increased the seed germination rate,plant height,fresh and dry weight of Trifolium repens.After the grass was put into the soil and decayed, the organic matter and N content in the soline-sodic soil increased,the soil pH was reduced.This suggested that the AM fungi inoculation could improve the fertility of the soline-sodic soil in some degree.
