太湖猪多产仔性状的主基因数目研究

STUDY ON MAJOR GENE NUMBER FOR PROLIFIC TRAIT OF TAIHU PIG

本文用数量遗传学方法，以大白猪和太湖猪为亲本，以其杂交后代Ｆ１、Ｆ２的产仔数资料及回文世代产仔数资料进行太湖猪影响产仔数性状的基因数目研究。结果表明，影响太湖猪多产仔数性状的主基因数目为１～２对，且呈显性遗传方式。

The gene number of affecting prolific litter size was studied in this paper using quantity genetics method with the data from Taihu pig and large white as parents, crossbreed F1、F2and their offsprings originated from back cross. The result showed the gene number of affecting prolific trait of Taihu pig was 1～2. It was dominate waysin heredity.
