天津市黄瓜疫霉菌生物学特性及防治研究

STUDIES ON BIOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS AND CONTROL OF PHYTOPHTHORA MELONIS IN TIANJIN

从天津市东郊、南郊、西郊、北郊、塘沽区、汉沽区及市农科院采集了２８个瘦霉菌株，进行了生物学特性的研究。其菌落形态一致，菌落的生长速度一致，抱子囊大小为５４４～４１４Ｘ３９１～２６．５，长宽比为１：ｌ．５６。在３５℃下均能正常生长，对孔雀石绿敏感，其致病力及寄主范围相似。据上述特性鉴定天津市黄瓜疫霉菌为瓜类疫霉菌（Ｐｈｙｌｏ…ｔｈｏｒａｍｅｌｏｎｉｓＫａｔｓｕｒａ）。药剂试验表明，甲霜灵的防治效果较好。

Twenty--eight isolates of phytophthora were isolated from suburbs of Tianjin and Tangu, as well as Hanqu districts and their morphological characteristis, such as the size of sporangia, formation of sexual reoproductive organs, Linera mycelial growth, maxium temprature of growth, sensilivily of malachite green, and hodl rang were conducled in laboratory and green huose. The results xhowed that all of isolated were similar in those characteristics and identified to the phytlphthora melonis. In addition, the metalaxyl and relative fungicides were more effective to control phytopthora melonis in laboratory.
