不同套袋法对瓶栽金针菇生长的影响

EFFECT OF DIFFERENT BAGGING METHODS ON THE GROWTH OF FLAMMULINA VELUTIPES

研究了３种套袋法对瓶裁金针菇６个品种生长的影响。结果表明，套不扎口袋的处理金针菇产量和质量显著高于不套袋和套扎口袋的处理，但各处理间子实体含水量无差异；６个金针菇品种中，以金３１产量最高，生物效率达１００．５％，与其它品种间产量差异达极显著水平；套袋与品种间交互作用差异达极显著水平，最优组合为金９套不扎口袋处理。

Three bagging methods were conducted in cultural room to evaluate its effect on the growth of six Flammulina velutipes strains cucltivated in bottles. The result showed that the fresh fruitbodies yield and quality in the treatment of bagging with opened mouth was significantly higher than that of no-bagging and bagging with tied mouth treatments. but the water content of fruitbody was not difference among different treatments. In six strains, the yield of Jin No. 31 was the highest, and was highly significant than that of other strains.The difference of bagging x strains interaction was highly significant, and the optimum combination was Jin No.gand bagging with opened mouth
