摘要
对红参及其伪品商陆根进行了性状、显微特征及紫外吸收光谱方面的比较鉴别。结果表明,两种根的形态有许多相似之处,但从横切面显微特征来看,红参仅有初生、次生结构,而商陆根除此外还有三生结构;从紫外吸收光谱看,商陆根和红参的乙醇浸提液分别在波长267nm和272nm处有特征性的吸收高峰,吸收曲线也不相同。
The distinctive and comparative studies of the character, the microscopic feature and the ultraviolet absorption spectrum have been done in this artical on the roots of Panax ginseng and its counterfeit Phvtolacca acicnosa. The results show that there are many similarities of the morpha between the two kinds of roots. But according to the microscopic feature of transection. Panax ginseng has priary and secondary structure while Phytolacca acinosa has anomolous growth as well as the structure that Panax ginseng have. According to the ultraviolet absorption spectrum, each root has its own absorption peak and the absorption curves are also different from each other
