摘要
根据城市及工矿地区建立测量控制同的特点，介绍了ＧＰＳ卫星网与局部地面同数据联合处理的基本理论与方法，推导了相应的联合平差模型．所推模型的解法是严密的，实用时可获得理想的平面位置．
According to the characteristics of surveying control in urban and mine areas,this paper discusses the theory and method for the combined adjustment of GPS and conventional terrestrial networks.The derived solution to 'the models is precise,and can achieve the good plane positions in practice.
