放射状角膜切开术短期疗效观察

A Short Time Results of Radial Keratotomy(six months)

本文观察了21例(42只眼)中、高度近视患者实施放射状角膜切开术。术前裸眼视力最低0.06,最高0.4,平均为0.13,术后平均达到0.69,提高了0.56;这21例患者术后视力>0.5者占78％,其中中度近视组视力>0.5者占97.8％,高度近视组占40％;术前21例患者平均屈光度为-7.04D,术后降低为-2.49D,其中中度组降低明显。这说明放射状角膜切开术治疗手术安全,疗效高,是目前治疗中、高度近视有效的方法之一。

We observed the effacy of radial keratotomy operation for 21 individnals (42 eyes) who suffering from medium or high myopias. The nuded visual acuities in preoperation were less than 0. 4, means 0. 13, while its in postoperation increased 0. 56 and average 0. 69. The percentage of the 21 case swhose visual acuities were more than 0. 5 in postoperation accounts for 78%. The percentage of medium myopia group whose visual acuities were more than 0. 5 in postoperation accounts for 97. 8%, while 40% in high myopia group. The mean preoperation refractine error was -7. 04 diopters of spherical eivalent and decreased to -2. 49 diopters after radial keratotomy and signigicantly in medium myopia group. The finding demonstreted that radial kere-totomy operation was a safty and effectness method for medium and high myopia. We had Only a short -time observation owing to recent performation at this operation.
