实验性神经植入肌肉神经终末再生的超微结构观察

摘要 本实验选择16只新西兰白兔,神经原位植入比目鱼肌的标本,电镜下分时间组观察了神 经植入肌肉后,相关肌组织内神经再生过程,描述了肌间新老神经轴突的形态变化。植入神经自主 地肌间生长,24周内建立神经肌肉的连接。 Soleus muscles of 16 Newzealand rabbits were innervated with nerve implantation. The degeneration and regeneration of nerve endings in denerved muscles were observed by electron - microscope. The new MEPs were studied. Regeneration of nerve axons and the establishment of nerve - muscle connection were dis-cribed. A good muscular activity of the soleus was demonstrated spontaneously after 24 weeks of operation.
