摘要
蓬莪术水提物(Cur)抑制小鼠移植肿瘤宫颈癌U14生长,5~20g·kg-1(相当生药)ip10d,抑制率为11.8~44.8%。Cur对体外培养的小鼠白血病P388细胞生长、集落形成和MTT甲化合物生成有显著抑制作用,并和剂量呈正相关。0.25-4g·L-1处理细胞24h,细胞生长抑制率为1.0~86.3%;MTT甲化合物生成抑制百分率为1.9~74.6%;处理细胞12h,P388细胞软琼脂集落形成抑制率为3.6~66.9%。
The effects of Curcuma zedoaria(Berg)Rosc(Cur)on the growth of transplanted mouse tumor in vivo and the proiiferation.clonal formation and MTT formazan formation of P388 celis in vitro Were studied. It was found that Cur inhibited the growth of transplanted mouse tumors U14. The active substance extracted with water.5- 20g · kg-1(equivalent crude drug)ip for 10d.its inhibition rates against U14 were 11. 8 - 44. 8%. Cur also inhibited the proliferation of P388 celis.and the inhibition rate had a positive interrelationship with the concentration and exposure time. At the concentration of 0. 25 -16mg · ml-1 .inhibition rate was 1. 0 -86. 3%. After exposure of the celis to Cur 2mg · ml-1 for 6,12,24,48h,the inhibition rates were 7. 4,19. 9, 38. 8,59.1% respectively. Cur also markedly inhibited the MTT formazan formation and clonal formation of P388 cells. These results showed that Cur had an effective antitumor activity in vitro and in vivo.
