抗辐射口服液抗癌活性初探

Effect of Antiradiative Oral Liquid on K562 Cell Line

应用体外细胞培养技术,观察了抗辐射口服液组方提取物对K_(562)细胞系集落形成的影响。实验结果表明,抗辐射口服液提取物对K_(562)细胞系有明显的抑制作用(P<0.001),其集落形成与药物浓度呈显著性负相关(r=-0.992,P<0.001)。初步证实了抗辐射口服液的抗癌效果。本文还对中药抗癌的可能机理进行了讨论。

In this report,inhibitory effect of antiradiative oral liquid on K562 cell line was studied in vitro. The result showed that K562 colony forming cell were significantly induced (P<0.001) as compared with the control. There was close negative correlation between the number of colony and the concertration of antiradiative oral liquid(r =? 0.992,P<0.001). The experimental results indicated that there were antitumor active in the antiradiative oral liquid.
