沙参、苦豆总碱对小鼠胸腺放射性损伤防护作用的组织学研究 被引量:1

Histology Study on the Preventive Effect of Radix Adenophorea and Aloperinan Alkaloid on the Irradiation Injuries of Thymus in Mice

摘要 对分成6组的60只小鼠胸腺的组织学研究证实,沙参、苦豆总碱对小鼠胸腺放射性损伤具有程度不同的防护作用,其中苦豆总碱的防护作用较强;5%沙参和苦豆总碱的作用无显著性差异,但两者均比维生素E作用强;2.5%沙参作用较弱。本研究还发现上述药物对胸腺小体有保护作用。 From the histology study on thymus in 6 grops of 60 mice, we found that Radix Adenophorea and aloperinan alkaloid were both, to some extent effective, in preventing the irradiation injury of the thymus of mice, however, the effect of aloperinan alkaloid was greater than that of radix adenophorea. There was no difference in the preventive effect between 5 % radix adenophorea and 5 % aloperinan alkaloid, but they were all more effective than Vitamin E; 2. 5% radix adenophorea was less effective. In the study, we also found that the Chinese herbal medicines above were markedly effective in the prevention of thymus corpuscle of mice.
