改良血清异柠檬酸脱氢酶测定方法的研究

A Modifred Method of Serum Isocitrate Dehydrogenase (SICE) Detemration

本文介绍血清异柠檬酸脱氢酶(ICD)活性检测的改良方法。该法以公式计算法取代标准反应曲线法,并进行了改良的方法学研究。精密度实验显示,一份血清ICD(U/L)(?)±为4.68±0.13,CV为2.77％;另一份血清ICD(U/L)(?)±s为5.14±0.17,CV为3.30％;回收实验结果,回收范围93.8～106.8％,该酶活力在0～80U/ml范围内呈线性,相关系数r为0.996。本法测定135例健康成人血清ICD(U/L)(?)±s为6.43±2.56。

A modified Bell's method of SICE determination was reported. The within run CV of The method is 2. 77% and 3. 30%. While with in day CV is 2. 96% and 3.80% correspondingly. It is valid when The ICD activity at a range of 0 to 80 U/L. The pencentage of recovery of known standard is 93. 8~106. 8%. The average value of 135 case of normal adults is 6. 43±2.56(U/L).
