摘要
用压痕测试技术分析了PZT材料极化前后的内应力大小和分布情况。并提出了有关模型进行解释。极化前,内应力各向同性,σ_0=62.1MNm^(-2);极化后,内应力各向异性,σ=95.6MNm^(-2),σ=29.6MNm^(-2)。内应力的分布,对材料宏观力学性能如强度和断裂韧性,都将产生较大的影响。
The values of internal stress and its distribution in PZT were analyzed using indentation technique. A model to explain the corresponding phenomena was presented. The internal stress is isotropic(α_o =62. lMNm^(-2)) before poling, while after poling it is anisotropic ( = 95.6MNm^(-2), =29.6MNm^(-2)). The distribution of internal stress has large influence on mechanical properties of materials such ay strength and fracture toughness.
