摘要 研究了Al、Ti、Nb对Fe-28Ni 13Cr 1.2W 1.5Mo高温合金组织和性能的影响。随Ti含量增加,合金的强度提高,但V相的析出倾向及晶界相对于晶内的弱化效应增大,合金的塑性大幅度下降。Al和Nb都明显抑制q相析出,其含量过高时分别导致胞状7/和Laves相在晶界析出。胞状r相使晶界在中高温区严重脆化,Laves相适量析出使晶界在中高温区得到有效强化。 添加0.46%Nb的合金比提高约相同Ti含量的合金具有更高的持久寿命和疲劳强度。 Effect of Al,Ti and Nb on the structure and properties has been investigated. Strength of the alloy increased,but the tendency of precipitating η phase increased and grain boundaries lost more strength than grains.with increasing Ti content. As a result ductility of the alloy decreased on large scale. Al and Nb prevented obviously η phase from precipitating. r' cellular structure and Laves phase precipitated respectively at grain boundaries if their contents were too high. Grain boundaries became much fragile at medium high temperature due to r-cellular structure precipitating. Grain boundaries would be strengthened effectively at medium high temperature if a proper amount of Laves phase was precipitated.Higher stress rupture life and higher fatigue limit could be obtained when the alloy containing about 0. 5%(m/ m)Nb was compared with the alloy with the same Ti content.
