摘要
结合我国WC-Co硬质合金生产中的质检工作,采用JCXA-733型电子探针显微分析仪和3014型X射线衍射仪,对硬质合金中的71相做了较详细系统的分析和研究,发现其断口形貌和背散射电子成分图像(BEI)具有独特的形态,并发现合金中存在k相、9相等q相类型,这分析研究对提高质检水平,对提高产品质量都具有重要意义。
Cemented Carbide WC-Co produced in China were investigated systematically by means of microprobe as well as X-ray diffraction analysis. It is found that the fractography and backscattered electron images has specific shape,and k-phase and θ-phase types exist in the alloy. There are greater significance for improving product quality and examination method.
