摘要
研究了电渣重熔40CrNi3MoVA和86CrMoV7A钢的混晶特征及形成原因。该类钢的混晶不同钢中常见的混晶,大晶粒与小晶粒尺寸差异大且各成一区域,区域间界限较明显。形成这一特征的主要原因是钢中钒的枝晶偏析。
This paper deals with features and its forming reasons of mix-crystal in 40CrNi3MoVA and 86CrMoV7A electroslag steel. The results show that the difference in size of fine grain and coarse grain within this kind of steel is obvious and the distribution is zonal. There is clear limits between the zones of fine grain and coarse grain. The analyses show that the main reason to these features is interdendritic segregation of Vanadium in the steels.
