摘要
以光学显微镜和透射电镜观察了Fe-28Mn-4Si合金的组织结构,并以弯曲法测定合金的形状记忆效应(SME)的大小,分析了多晶Fe-28Mn-4Si合金的组织结构及其与SME的关系。合金在室温下存在大量的层错和:马氏体,c马氏体之间及其与层错间呈现严重的交叉。以弯曲法测定了合金在M_a点以下和以上的SME,M,以上无预存e马氏体状态时所测得的SME远大于M_a以下有预存s马氏体状态时的SME,表明预存:马氏体的存在降低合金的SME。
The microstructure of polycrystalline Fe-28Mn-4Si alloy was investigated by microscope and transmission electronic microscope. A great deal of ε martensite and stacking fault as well as their intersections were observed at room temperature. The degrees of shape memory effect (SME) below M, and above M_a were measured by bending tests. The SME was depressed by pre-existed e martensite and its intersections.
