摘要
用相律解释了由实验得出的表面高碳钢发生全脱碳的温度与其金相组织的对应关系。根据其对应关系,从金相组织分析结果可判定表面高碳钢产生全脱碳的温度,从而找出产生脱碳的环节。并在理论指导下,由实验得出原始组织接近平衡状态的钢在A_1线以下温度加热,含碳量越高越不容易脱碳的结论。
In this paper, relationship between full-decarbonisation temperature of high-carbon steel on surfaces and their phase structures have been explained with phase rule and Fe-Fe_3C phase diagram. It was pointed out that de-carbonisation temperature could be determined by analysis of phase structure. When the heating temperature was under the line A_1, the higher the carbon content was,the more difficult the decarbonization wonld be.
