摘要
本文论述我厂18tOD炉精炼的OOCr14Ni14Si14钢(以下简称C4钢)生产工艺与其质量之间的关系,同时也考虑了质量与成本之间的平衡。根据理论计算,优化控制了钢的化学成分,提高钢的纯净度,为后步工序创造先天基础。
This article described the relationship between the operating process and product quality as well as the balance between product quality and cost with regard to steel ooCr14Ni14Si4 produced in 18 T VOD at Daye Steel Works.On the basis of the theoretical calculation the chemical compositions of the steel are optimized and the cleanliness improved,and thus a good foundation is laid down for the subsequent process.
