摘要
本文论述我厂１８ｔＯＤ炉精炼的ＯＯＣｒ１４Ｎｉ１４Ｓｉ１４钢（以下简称Ｃ４钢）生产工艺与其质量之间的关系，同时也考虑了质量与成本之间的平衡。根据理论计算，优化控制了钢的化学成分，提高钢的纯净度，为后步工序创造先天基础。
This article described the relationship between the operating process and product quality as well as the balance between product quality and cost with regard to steel ooCr14Ni14Si4 produced in 18 T VOD at Daye Steel Works.On the basis of the theoretical calculation the chemical compositions of the steel are optimized and the cleanliness improved,and thus a good foundation is laid down for the subsequent process.
