摘要
本文推导出钢铁料消耗与吹炼元素烧损、吹炼铁损、废钢比及铸损的函数关系式,结合攀钢120t转炉炼钢的实际,计算了钢铁料消耗的构成;分析了废钢比和吹炼元素烧损对钢铁料消耗的影响;利用多元逐步回归方法得出了吹炼金属铁损与其影响因素的回归方程,并对原料方面诸因素对铁损和钢铁料消耗的影响进行了计算、分析。
The relation between ferrous charges consumption、loss of elements by burning、loss of iron by blowing、scrap ratio and loss by casting is deduced.And the constituents of lost metal are cal-culated by linking this relationship with the oproduction practice of the 120t converter of Pan Zhihua I&SCo.The influence of scrap ratio and loss of elements by burning on ferrous charge consumption is also analyzed.The regression equation of loss of iron hy blowing and its influential factors is obtained by means of the multiple step-by-step regression method.Finaly.the influences from raw material on iron loss and ferrous charge consumption are calculated and analyzed.
