摘要
金相研究结果表明:安阳20号管坯表面裂纹可分为气泡型与夹杂诱发型两种。气泡与夹杂是导致钢管表面裂纹的重要原因,诱发表面裂纹的杂夹物来源于:钢水脱氧与二次氧化;出钢与浇铸过程中炉内下渣和铸锭保护渣卷入钢水;钢锭与圆坯在轧制加热过程中过烧表面裂纹氧化产生氧化物夹杂。工业试验结果表明:通过喂丝与吹氩搅拌等强化脱氧措施可将钢中JIS夹杂物指数明显降低;同时严格执行开坯与轧管时钢锭与管坯的加热制度,20号钢管正品率乃从45%以下提高到88%以上。
Surface cracks on 20 ̄# round billets in Anyang Iron and Steel Cor.can be classified into gas bubble and inclusion induced surface cracks mainly come from:deoxidation and secondary oxidation of the molten steel;particles entrainment from both furnace and the protecting slags dur-ing casting ;extention type inclusions induced by the oxidizing atmosphere reheating before rolling.The industrial trials show that the JIS inclusion indexes of the steel can be minimized drasticly by intensifing deoxidation and stirring of molten steel by wire feeding and gas bubbling.With the strict control of ingot and billet reheating,the ratio of first class pipes has increased from less than45%to more than 88%.
