摘要
熔氧精炼是电弧炉全程石灰石炼钢工艺(即DQSt式艺)优化冶炼技术经济指标和保证钢水质量的首要环节。本文介绍垫炉底石灰石在熔氧期随废钢铁料熔化而加热分解的演变过程,阐述其间发生的各种冶金反应及对钢水的精炼作用。
MoIten oxidizing refining is the key to improve the techno-economical index and in sure the steel quality in the EAF process during which limestone is used in the whole melting course(named as DQSL process).The present paper introduce the evolution course of the cushion limestone at the EAF bottom accompanying with melting process of the scrap in the molten oxidiz-ing period.And the metallurgical reactions as well as their refining functions will be also dis-cussed.
