邯钢4号高炉于1992年7月投产后,在不断改善烧结矿质量、降低设备休风率的同时,不断改进操作,先后采取了增大布料角度、加大角差、焦矿不等料线、中心加焦、加湿鼓风、低硅冶炼等措施,1994年8月利用系数达2.0以上。
The No4 BF at Handan I & S Complex was blown-in in July,1992 By means of im-proving sinter quality,decreasing BF downtime percentage and making better operation,such as increasing the distribution chute angle and angles difference,filling ore and coke in different stocklines,central coke charging,humidifiing the blast,low-silicon smelting,a productive ratio of 2.0 was reached in August,1994
