摘要
鞍钢在两座2500m^3大型高炉进行了非贮铁式炉前铁沟衬用Al_2O_3-SiC-C系浇注料替代Al_2O_3-SiC-C捣打料的工业应用试验。试验结果表明:浇注料与捣打料相比具有耐高温、抗磨蚀、熔蚀性好的特点;可减轻工人劳动强度;减少环境污染;降低耐火材料消耗。
Industrial experiments of manufacturing non-pool type iron trough lining with A12O3-SiC-C casting refractories instead of ramming refractories were carried out in two 2500m3 BFs at Anshan I & S Co.The experiment results show that casting refractories have better properties in high temperature resistance,wear resistance and rnelt erosion resistance than ramming refractories,and also,manufacturing iron trough lining with casting refrctories can lead to reduction of the physical load on the personel,improvement of environment and decrement of refractories consumption.
